My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were immaculate, with ground floor rooms opening up onto a small seating area, leading out to what felt like private pools. The location was great, overlooking a quiet pool with another next to it and plenty of sun and sunbeds. The service was especially fantastic, particularly with our daughter. However, the hotel can improve on some customer service skills and organization. The dining experience offered nice options, perfect for a family holiday. Overall, a great value for money stay with some room for enhancement in service.

The rooms were 114 and a great location, ground floor overlooking a quiet pool with another next to it and plenty of sun and sunbeds. The room is really just 1 room with rattan slide doors that pull in the middle.
